I’m going to make a confession.
Engagement photos are my absolute favorite thing to photograph. More than cute babies, even more than my stinkin’ cute kids.
There’s just something so amazing about seeing a couple in love about to get married. I’m a sucker for love – just being in the presence of others in love makes me happy.
So I begged and pleaded with Cynthia to be able to take her engagement pictures.
That’s the cool part of doing photography for free – people generally don’t say no. In fact, they generally get really excited.
And if you’re lucky you get lunch out of the deal – as X and I did the day of our shoot.
Cynthia, by the way, was one of my technicians when I managed the Medical Center Walgreens. She also just got accepted into Pharmacy School at the University of Incarnate Word. Super excited for her.
Okay, so we met down on the San Antonio River Walk – the newest North section. X was my assistant for the day since she was on Spring Break at the time.
Yes – that is how long it took me to get all them done. I got a bit over zealous and took 600 pictures. Thanks for you patience Cynthia!
I could have continued photographing these two all day long – so, so, so much fun!

Awesome! Great job, Kelly! Love the locations. Also, I never can make that yellow train look good, but you sure did!
Wow! These are awesome! I think this is definitely your niche:)
Now I know who I will be calling when I get engaged! Especially since they are your favorite photos to take!
