I totally worked out this morning. (CortneyI'm on your trail!)
And I'm currently drinking HEB Snickernut coffee with my CoffeeMate Sugar Free French Vanilla liquid creamer. (I froze a bottle of it and brought it in my checked bag). Yum.
And….I've got BarlowGirl playing on the laptop while I get ready this morning. Super.
What a great start to the day. Let's hope making butt paste the rest of the day doesn't ruin it

I'm spending my evening getting ready for my week in Arizona for compounding training with Walgreens. Not really looking forward to the trip but trying to be optimistic. I'll have every evening free, so I'm bringing a new book to start reading, my 2006 pictures to plan out my pages for the 2006 scrapbook, and my workout clothes with the intention of running on the treadmill everyday at the hotel.
While looking at my 2006 photos I ran across this one and realized more than ever……I miss my friend!

The sun made a brief appearance tonight at sunset after another day of down pours. Its been so long since I've seen a sunset that I was in awe over this everyday beauty.

And….in case you are captivated by my stunning photography and curious about my mad skills………(for real) I took tons of pictures with every single different setting the camera has (b/c I don't know the difference between any of them) to get this one. Here's a sampling of the many:

embracing imperfection. everyday.

Walgreens has a great locker system that prevents employees from stealing. Everyone gets a locker with a seethrough door to keep their purse and what not in while they work.
Today while putting my purse in my locker and putting on my pharmacy jacket, I noticed another employee's locker contents. I though it was an interesting enough combination to share with everyone. Enjoy.

and buying 2 of every animal they sell.
I'm certian with as much rain as San Antonio has gotten that this is the end of time. God hasn't told me to build an ark yet but I'm sure he will soon.
And the crickets….seriouslytaking over the city. I asked one “How can I help you today” at work before I realized it wasn't a customer…just a cricket.
But then I remember what Barlow Girl sings on their new CD….”I believe in the sun, even when its not shining”

Today is my parent's 33rd Wedding Anniversary! How fantastic is 33 years these days? Pretty fantastic, I think! Congratulations Mom & Dad!
I would have included a nice picture of Mom and Dad but Ryan took my computer to a convention for his business this morning. I'm left with only his computer and this picture I took this morning when I got to spend some time with my “Jars” (aka Kara….my blackberry defaults her name to Jars b/c of the dual keys….we think its funny b/c mine defaults to “Jelly”)
