I used to associate this word with beautiful spiritual things….that is until XBox.

Yesterday in our travels (both to Houston but at different times) we were able to meet at Bucee's. This gas station/rest stop/store/restaurant is totally Texas (for those of you outofstaters in blogland), has the most fabulous bathrooms and a coffee bar that I covet.

All along I10 between SA and Houston they have about 1 million (approx.) billboards that say things like:

“Eat hereget Gas!”

“If it harms Beaverswe're against it!”

“Look it's a Beaver! (14 miles ahead, exit 632)”

We love it. I've actually never met anyone that doesn't! It is an absolute must stop on every trip between the two cities. So we spent a few minutes together (at the coffee bar) before we continued on in opposite directions.

(Blame the goofy pictures at Bucee's on my new camera. It just screams to me at all hours of the day…”USE ME!” “TAKE ALL THE CRAZY PICTURES YOU WANT” “I'M SO AWESOMEDON'T YOU WANT TO HOLD ME?”does you camera say those things to you?)

Leilait was so good to talk to you (on my drive)! I miss you tonscan't wait to see you!

“Was there anything else I can help you with?”

“Yeah, I didn't get the Sprite I ordered.”

“Uhhhhh….I'm sorry did you just say you ordered a Sprite”

“Yeah! where is my Sprite?”

“Uhhhhhh….I'm sorry sir, we don't take drink orders here in the pharmacy drivethru.”

(the Starbucks story seems so lame compared to this one…I had to share!)

I'm super excited I finally got these wedding programs are done!

I'm off to go visit Angela today! Get some Panera, do some scrapbooking…..good times!

And if you could, please pray for my momshe is having some pretty heavy duty surgery tomorrow on her spinal cord!
